اردو ادب میں مقدمہ نگاری کے عمومی مباحث کا تنقیدی جائزہ

Abstract

Muqaddma is an Arabic term which came into Urdu with the help of Arabic language. In the beginning of the book, the introduction written briefly about the book before the original text is called Muqaddma. In English it is called vanguard. The first vanguard in Urdu literature was written by Maulana Hali on his book Masdus e  Hali. The vanguard is written by eithr writer itself or by anyone. First Systematic vanguard is written by Maulvi Abdul Haq in Urdu literature. The vanguard is used to mark all the merits of the book. Vanguard writing is of primary importance in the editing. Maulvi Abdul Haq played a great role in bringing the case to the peak. Ehsan Danish Jameel with Maulvi Abdul Haq. Writers like Uddin Ali Tabish Dehlvi, Dr. Anwar Sadid, Prof. Sahar Ansari, and Dr. Salim Akhtar played an active role.
