Abstract

This research review delves into the profound lessons derived from the miraculous event of Isra' and Mi'raj, the Night Journey and Ascension of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The study systematically explores various facets of this event, examining critical subheadings to extract valuable insights for the Muslim Ummah.The review begins by investigating the date of the Ascension, addressing the permissibility of researching its beginning and end. It then delves into the gift of prayer bestowed upon the Prophet during this event, contemplating whether the Ascension was a physical or spiritual experience. A pivotal question regarding whether the Holy Prophet saw Allah during this journey is scrutinized, exploring the theological dimensions of this profound encounter.The Night of Ascension worship is scrutinized, highlighting the significance of devotion during this sacred occasion. The research emphasizes the theme of surrender in all circumstances, drawing lessons on resilience and trust in divine wisdom. It also underscores the admonition against interfering in the preaching of religion, advocating for a nuanced understanding of religious propagation. Avoiding ingratitude emerges as a central theme, with lessons drawn from the Prophet's journey encouraging gratitude in the face of challenges. The importance of mosques is emphasized, reflecting on the spiritual and communal significance of these sacred spaces.
