Abstract
This research, entitled "The Moral Character and Uprightness in the narration of Hadith and it's Concept according to the fundamentalists and hadith scholars, and mentioning the Opinions of scholars regarding what uprightness is proven by", deals with the study of one of the conditions for the validity of the Prophet's hadith, namely, the condition of Adaalah in the hadith narrators, so that the first and most important basic condition of the validity of the Prophet's hadith and the acceptance of the narrator's narration is the condition of Adaalah in the hadith narration.As the narrator is not accepted for his narration unless he fulfills two conditions in it, namely.The first condition: Adaalah,Uprightness for the narrator to be trustworthy in his religion and known for the truthfulness of his speech.The second condition: addhabt wal Itqaan which called perfection, The highest degree of verification, memorization and accuracy, that he be sane in what he narrates, knowing what refers to the meanings of the hadith from the changing of words.Our study is a descriptive and analytical study related to the first condition, which is Adaalah(Moral Character and Uprightness), because Adaalah is a condition for the acceptance of the narration and its validity among the masses of scholars from among the hadith scholars, jurists and fundamentalists, because it is a faculty and attribute leading one to adhere to piety and magnanimity, and to avoid grievous sins and innovation in religion.In our study, we clarify the definition of Adaalah in terms of language and terminology and its concept among the hadith scholars and fundamentalists, and we mention the opinions of scholars regarding what uprightness (Aadalah) is proven by.
