Abstract

Blindness is not a defect or stigma, but rather a test of a destiny in this world and the afterlife. Rabih's poetry demonstrates that he was not born blind, but rather saw the light and knew what was going on around him. Rabih's poetry reveals his dual personality, influenced by his mother's burdens. He uses his senses to overcome his blindness, incorporating hearing, touch, and sensuality to express courage, poverty, and love for Souad. Rabiaa Al-Raqi, used color in his poetry to express feelings of joy and misfortune. He used white and black colors to convey his feelings and emotions. The white color symbolizes whiteness and clarity, while the black color symbolizes darkness. Al-Raqi also praised his beloved, describing her purity and whiteness. The snowy cold color symbolizes the cold, and the poet invoked nature's energies to symbolize his love and the beauty of nature. The poem Al-Mimiya explores the theme of love and the struggle between blindness and understanding. The poem focuses on the hidden temptations of passion and the desire to reveal oneself. The poem explores the concept of love letters and the importance of understanding and knowledge in navigating the complexities of love. It highlights the importance of concealment, the whispering in the ear, and the spectre of imagination in the journey of love. The poem emphasizes the importance of understanding and the power of love in overcoming obstacles.
