Abstract

There is no doubt that the Holy Qur'an is the primary source of our Shariah and rulings, and it is the source of wisdom and knowledge, so we have to reflect on its verses and in its style, eloquence, beauty, perfection. We have to dive into the sea of its knowledge to extract from it wisdom and hidden secrets and we have chosen the intent based ( Maqasdi )interpretation of  the verses related to spend for the sake of God . And we took a comparative study   between Ahkamm ul Quran by Al Thanawi & and Al-Tahreer wa Al-Tanweer by Ibn Ashour. we will discuss the purposes of spend finance according to the satisfaction of God Almighty because the intent based ( Maqasdi )  interpretation is a new trend in this era and to know the purposes are of great importance in increasing faith and the realization of the great judgment positive for eternal happiness .This research contains the following : The meaning of the the intent based ( Maqasdi ) interpretation linguistically and idiomatically ,Applied Models, search results:
