Abstract

In Pakistan and especially in Bahawalnagar District, the status of the vulnerable gender has been discussed to what extent they are getting the rights that Allah has given them. It has been concluded that the main reason for this is the social ups and downs and the customs that are self-made by individuals. In this article, violence against married women in Bahawalnagar District, its types, causes, effects and their solution will be mentioned in the light of Quran and Sunnah, because Islam is the religion that provides the welfare of all humanity and the right path. It is guaranteed that Islam is the only religion which has ordered to take care of the rights of women in all circumstances. How can it be possible that a religion which does not ignore the rights of the lowest creatures is the obligatory gender created by Allah. How can one ignore the rights of the fragile This research has identified the point that the women of Bahawalnagar district, whether they are literate or illiterate, whether they belong to the city or the villages, what are the main reasons for violence against them. They are far from teachings. Our society has become devoid of Islamic teachings, on the basis of which violence takes place, and among them, forced marriage, marriage at a young age, although Islam has allowed it, but in our society. There is a lack of religious education, due to which marriage at a young age leads to chaos and fights later in life, there is a clear age difference between men and women, domestic problems and conflicts and lack of finances.
