Abstract

The magazine Shab Khoon was published in Allahabad in June 1966 under the editorship of Shamsur Rehman Farooqi. While Shab Khoon has accomplished many amazing feats in literature, Shab Khoon is a reliable reference regarding Ghalib. This magazine of Shamsur Rahman Farooqi spanned a period of 40 years. 299 issues were published from 1966 to 2015. Modern criticism was an important topic of this literary magazine. Excellent work of criticism in the literary magazine. Among his prominent works is the understanding and interpretation of the speech of Ghalib and Mir. Each sentence and each point included in this understanding of Kalam Ghalib was presented with full arguments and weight. Shamsur Rahman Farooqi did not include in Shab Khoon numbers those poems which were discussed or discussed by anyone before this period. Later, this work of understanding the words of 20-year-old Ghalib of all the issues of Risala Shab Khoon came to us in the form of a book.
