This study offers a comparative analysis of the jurisprudential theories of Imam Qarafi and Al-Tufi, focusing on selected aspects of Islamic jurisprudence. It examines the distinctive approaches and interpretations of these two scholars in various legal issues, highlighting their unique perspectives and contributions. The research delves into their methodologies, principles of legal reasoning, and the contexts in which they formulated their opinions.
