A common example is the idling of vehicles, resulting in wasted electricity. Spending too much money during leisure time, eg buying things unnecessary for one's interests. Eating too much leads to loss of nutrients, which leads to large-scale effects, such as suicide problems, overuse of land, and the spraying of extreme vessel paddles caused by overeating. Buying too much clothing, which ends up being wasted: Traveling too much is an example of using unnecessary energy. To avoid extravagance, individuals should re-evaluate their shopping and consumption habits and buy only essential items.
