Abstract

Professor Bashir Ahmed Souz has a prominent position in Urdu literature in general and Hazara Urdu
literature in particular. In Urdu literature, Bashir Ahmad Souz is recognized as a poet, researcher, critic, and prose
writer. Prof. Bashir Ahmed Suzne also devoted his time in Iqbal studies and wrote a book called "Iqbal and Hazara"
which is a proof of his love for Iqbal. In this book, he wrote Mir Wliullah's letter to Iqbal. Literature and Iqbal's
journey to Hazara has been presented in an emotional way. When Allama Iqbal came to Hazara, he also gave a
speech regarding Pakistan Movement in the Government High School which is now known as Degree College.
Professor Bashir Ahmed Souz wrote a book on Iqbal's life in Abbottabad, which he named Iqbal and Hazara.
