Abstract

"Mansha Yaad is one of the famous short story writer and Novelist in Pakistan. He highlighted the core issues of Pakistani societies in his work. He wrote on the rural issues about the lack of facilities in rural area as well he also wrote on the darker sides of urban life. Mansha yaad proofs himself through his style and the selection of the topics. He belongs to a village situated in Punjab is one of the reason that he portrayed beautifully the social issues of the rural life in his novels. He wrote on lot of social issues such as politics, religion, urban and rural problems, poverty, and etc. In this article researcher discussed different characters of the novel “Rahain”.
