Abstract
Mental stress has become one of the most significant challenges of modern life, affecting individuals psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. Rapid social changes, academic pressure, economic instability, and personal difficulties contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional imbalance. Contemporary psychology provides various methods to understand and manage stress, such as counseling and therapy; however, spiritual dimensions are often overlooked despite their importance in achieving inner peace and mental stability. In this context, Islamic teachings offer a comprehensive approach that combines psychological well-being with spiritual guidance, emphasizing patience, gratitude, trust in Allah (Tawakkul), and remembrance of Allah (Dhikr) as effective ways to reduce stress and bring peace of mind.
