Abstract

Syed Qasim Jalal is a multi-dimensional figure of Urdu Literature. He wrote Drama, Punjabi and Urdu poetry, Criticism, Novel and short story as well. He is a renowned Poet of the modern times. We find deliberation of Ilm-eBayaan and Ilm-e-Badee in his poetry. Ilm-e-Badee is an important branch of Urdu literature. It means to create a new angle and novility in the discourse. It enhances the outlook of the verses. We find these deliberations in the poetry of Syed Qasim Jalal.
