Abstract

Molana Shibli Noumani was a versatile personality. He is an extraordinary figure in Urdu literature and language. In other words, Shibli himself was a school of thought in Urdu literature.He has contributed much to urdu literature. He is well-known figure in perspective of education and literature,Religion,History,Biography and several others fields of life in urdu literature. Shibli Noumani,s letter writting possesses multifarious features in urdu history and literature. Incidently this aspect (letter writting) has not been the topic for research by research scholars and critics yet. As a result, Shibli Noumani,s educational and literary achievements have not thoroughly exposed. That is why letters study by Shibli Noumani has been selected for research article. The very first aim of the article is evaluate Shibli,s creativity, educational and literary efforts from his own personal writtings(letters).
