Abstract

The universe is dynamic from the day of its creation. Social, environmental and cultural
changes in alterations, create commotion in human comprehension, intelligence and
consciousness. These circumstances gave birth to class exploitation. The British came to
sub continent for financial interests and remained heare for hundred years. The first
interaction between the Siraiki people and the British was reported in 1818. When Sir
Mountstuart Elphinstone along with his delegation started his journey from Kolkata to have a
meeting with the Shah of Afghanistan. He selected the route of Bahawalpur and Multan. The
British introduced colonial and post colonial system over here. The British control over India
was basically of exploitive nature. They introduced and implemented every policy to enslave
us mentally and to keep us economically backward and paralyzed. This is
called "colonization". The post colonization advocates freedom on ideological and cultural
level. This research paper is designed to study the modern Siraiki Poetry in this perspective.
