Abstract

The most important question regarding Pakistani culture in Tehreek-e-Pakistan was: Where does it start? Some thinkers thought that it
should start with the arrival of Muhammad bin Qasim in the subcontinent. Critics who see culture as a product of geography have sought to
attribute it to the Indus Valley. The Indus Valley Civilization has a special place in the Pakistani region. Based on these facts, it is not
appropriate to say that Pakistani culture is rooted in the Indus Valley Civilization. The elements that play a key role in defining Pakistani
culture do not exist at all in the Indus Valley Civilization.
