Abstract

Interfaith relations are inevitable in a peaceful world in the contemporary age. The modern world has changed into a global village in which a Muslim has to interact with people belonging to different religions and civilizations. Islam as a revealed religion provides a code for Interfaith relations. This article will highlight the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in this regard so that today’s multi-religious world could have a peaceful coexistence with other religions. In this article, religious, social, economic and political aspects of interfaith relations will be discussed in the light of Seerah.
