Abstract

Tilok Chand Mahroom was a famous Urdu poet of high rank. He was versatile poet who wrote different genres of urdu poetry. Although Mahroom was Hindu but he never showed any religious discrimination. One prominent aspect of his poetry is Hamd o Naat. This article deals with Mahroom's poetry about mysticism, nationalism and especially his Hymn poetry.
