Abstract

Al-Muharrar al-Wajiz fi Tafsir al-Kitāb al-'Aziz, (The Compendious Record in the Interpretation of the Holy Quran), it is also known as ,Tafsir Ibn 'Atiyya, it is one of the classical commentaries of the Holy Qur'an, which is written by Ibn 'Atiyya Al-andalusi.He is Abu Muhammad Abd al-Haq ibn Attia al-Muharbi , from the tribe of Qais Ailan ibn Mudar tribe. From Granada, Andalusia.He was a scholar of hadith, interpretation and rulings.

It is a wonderful interpretation among the other interpretations of The Holy Quran,

 This article is devoted to the mention of Ibn Attia Al-Andalusi and his interpretation .In this article I discussed Ibn Attia’s personal history, Ibn Attia’s linguistic approach to his interpretation, and the the status of his interpretation among other linguistic interpretations.As for the approach that I followed in my research, I did linguistic studies in alphabetical order in the interpretation of the brief editor for the last ten parts in three volumes of the book that was printed in the Dar al-Kutub al-Ilmiyya, Beirut, Lebanon, first edition in the year 1422 AH. In this article I tried to present a comparison among the famous ancient commentaries ​​with the same interpretation.
