Abstract

Human feelings and ideas can be expressed in the form  of poetry and literature. Poets make their beliefs the subject of their poetry. Where’s poets of modern Urdu poetry  made ghazal their mode of expression and disseminated their religious beliefs and ideal through in this form. Modern Urdu ghazal is representative of  intellectual and flamboyant tradition of Islamic civilization. In it all the tradition of culture or evidence that are direct reflection of Islamic intellect and the best of these tradition is sent on  Islamic rules and regulation. The poets of modern age mostly derived the use of words and techniques, similes, metaphors, allusion and flatmate use of symbol from religious teaching. Modern ghazal has made use of all aspects of religion to such and extent that it’s essence is not free from the influence of intellectual tradition of religion.
