Abstract

Most of the conflicts of Muslim nation are due to the complete misunderstanding of the theme of the Holy Qur'an. Humans (as Muslims) portray a negative imagery of Islam by misunderstanding the Divine's law and jurisprudence of the subjugation. Their idleness in understanding religion is the main reason of this conflict and failure. Therefore; it is required that they should seek the divine’s knowledge, stay firm and urge for the reform and progress.  Present day, Muslim nation is in desperate need of the foresight jurisprudence by pondering on the Lord's subjugation especially related to the human species, organic and non-organic worlds, all that is within the heavens and on the earth and whatever is between them like; food, water, livestock, clouds, rain, lands, seas, the sun, the moon, and all that is created for the subservience of the mankind as Allah S.W.T mentioned in Holly Quran : ﴾Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, Lord of the world﴿ . Hence, the jurisprudence of subjugation allows the human being to know and to serve his only Creator and to be grateful to Him for all His favors, and to discover the cosmic secrets for the sake of Allah S.W.T, as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an: ﴾And the camels and cattle We have appointed for you as among the symbols of Allah; for you therein is good. So mention the name of Allah upon them when lined up [for sacrifice]; and when they are [lifeless] on their sides, then eat from them and feed the needy and the beggar. Thus have We subjected them to you that you may be grateful﴿. Similarly, this type of jurisprudence also enlightens the necessity of self-pondering of the universe, as Almighty says: ﴾We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth﴿.
