Abstract

In every conscious and civilized society, the importance of law has been unquestionable. It is through law that social peace and tranquility are maintained, is done on, in relation to inter-spousal reform in Pakistani society, when the problems cannot be settled with the elders of the house, neighborhood, village and family, then people knock the door of the court. Because the Qazi is important in Islam and the importance of the judiciary in the society is Incontestable. This Article discusses law, judiciary and highlights the importance of how these institutions help in solving marital problems at the legal level.
