Abstract

Ijtihad is the Pure Islamic Term which use in Hadith, and Its term defined by Fuqaha, and great scholar those know its meaning deeply. In the era of Khulafa -e-Rashideen we found a numerous issues which Sahaba R.A used method of Ijtihad to massive role  in different aspects like development of social, political, legal and economic fields to raise and enhance the magnitude of Islamic rules. But there are many fundamental questions that who has a right to practice of Ijtihad, what are the standards and principles of Ijtihad, So answer of these questions we should must follow firstly, (1) Quran, (2) Hadith & and Second one Ijmah (consensus) of Sahaba R.A, these are the basics principles, after following these rules, a scholar can use the method of Ijtihad in modern era, Social issues, science issues, political and economical issues.
